Of South Carolina (formerly of Hallwood, VA) passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the age of 90.  She was prdeceased by her husband, Hilton Woodrow Poulson.  Born Hallwood, VA on March 3, 1928 and her parents were the late Samuel  Chesser and Alverta  Hart Shockley. She was a member of Newkerk Baptist Church of Rock Hill, SC.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Bradford and her husband, William of Rock Hill, SC, three grandchildren, Sheila Baker, Christina Fretz, and William Bradford II,  six great-grand children, four great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Poulson was predeceased by her daughter, Gail Potter of Baker City, Oregon and brother, Harvey Chesser of Goldsbourough, NC.

There will be a Visitation on Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Fox Funeral Home, Temperanceville, VA and Graveside Service at Groton’s Cemetery in Hallwood, VA at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Wayne Hart officiating.

Linda and family....
I am so sorry for the loss of your precious mother. I know how bitter sweet the passing of a loved one can be. We miss them so, but are so glad they are whole again in Jesus' arms. My heart goes out to your family and I will continue to hold you up in prayer.💕 Love, Kay

We are so sorry to hear about the loss! It is definitely not easy and wish we could be there!
We love you guys and are thinking about you all! She was a very wonderful woman and was loved by us all. We will have very fond memories of her and our visits with her always. If you need anything we are there!
