Of Horntown, VA passed away at the age of 92, born in Pennsylvania and his parents were Luther Daniel Sr. and Helena Heiner Jacoby. He was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis Jacoby. Mr. Jacoby was self-employed in sales and services.

He was survived by his son, Jerry Jacoby, daughter, Carol Richards, brother, Ronald Jacoby, sister, Doris Jacoby, one great-grandchild, four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
