Ronald Wayne Fulcher

Ronald Wayne Fulcher, 83, of the 200 block of Zack Circle, Elizabeth City, NC died Monday, October 14, 2019 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation. He was born November 25, 1935 in Sanford, VA to the late John Fulcher and Avis Broadwater and was the widower of Shirley Jones Fulcher. He was a construction general foreman and served in the U.S. Marines Corps.

He is survived by a son, Douglas Fulcher and wife Nancy of Eastern Shore, VA; one granddaughter, Elizabeth Nacoleone; a great-granddaughter Kaylynne Nacoleone; and a brother-in-law, Donald Jones. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Frank Fulcher.

A graveside service will be held in the Downings Cemetery, Oak Hall, VA at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2019 with a Visitation held at  Fox Funeral Home, Temperanceville, VA from 12:00 until 1:00.
