of Florida passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the age of 85, he was predeceased by his wife, Geraldine Brittingham Richards. Born on January 22, 1937 and was a member of The National Church of God, Fort Washington, MD. He is survived by his children, Robert Richards, Jr, Faith Marshall, Amber Chiongbian and Allison Spratlin.
There was a Visitation on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Fox Funeral Home Temperanceville, VA at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, following interment at Downing's Cemetery in Oak Hall, VA.
