Bob was born on Jan. 15, 1933 in New Haven, CT. to Robert J. Boyce (Red) and Gertrude Sauter Boyce. He died on July 28, 2021 in Norfolk, VA.

He was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Carol Goedert.

He was the husband of Malai Nanthakwang (Ooy) of Eastville, VA.

He is survived by a sister, Janice Boyce of Eastville, VA., a son, Robert A. Boyce Jr. ( Briget) of Lebanon, CT. and a daughter, Nancy Kim Patterson (Brian) of Plymouth, MA. He is also survived by three grandchildren Dylan and Corey Patterson and Ginette Boyce and two great grandsons Nolan and Lucas Patterson.

Bob was employed by United Technology in East Hartford, CT. Prior to retiring he worked in Asia in many countries teaching them maintenance of jet engines ofr their developing airlines.

Upon returning to the USA he and his wife resided in Eastville, VA.

He will be interred at the convenience of the family.
