"Gene" Norman Eugene Bowden, Jr

of Temperanceville, VA passed away Saturday, January 30th at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital at the age of 73. He was the husband of Paulette Peters Bowden. Born in New Born, North Carolina on July 5, 1948 and his parents were the late, Norman, Sr. and Maggie Bowden.   He was a truck driver for many years and a United States Marine during Vietnam War.

Other then his wife, Paulette, he is survived by his children, Shaun Bowden and wife, Tammy, David Huffman, five grandchildren, D.J. Huffman, Lisa Huffman Fisher, Karlee Huffman, Dakota and Landon Bowden, other survivors include, Brian Marshall and Marc Hanson, Jim and Sherry Bowden, several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at Fox Funeral Home, Chincoteague, VA on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM, family and friends are welcome.
