Virginia White Kellam, 85, passed away October 9, 2019 in Nassawadox, Virginia. She was born August 25, 1934 in Nassawadox, Virginia to the late Mabel Isham and Samuel E. White. She was predeceased by her brother Samuel E. White, Jr. Virginia lived in Eastville all of her life and loved her family dearly and enjoyed preparing meals on Sunday for her brother Sam.
Virginia enjoyed working in her yard and garden always producing beautiful flowers every year in particular Calia lilies. She loved animals and always saw that the cats and dogs in the neighorhood were well supplied with treats, When not working in the yard she could be found on her front porch enjoying the beautiful days we have on the Eastern Shore. If Virginia was your friend she always looked out for your best interests.
Virginia worked at the shirt factory in Exmore until it closed and then at Shore Memorial Hospital in the housekeeping department until retirement. She was a member of Eastville Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 11th at 11 a,m. from the graveside at Eastville Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Daniel Crockett officiating. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.foxfuneralhomes.com Arrangements by Fox Funeral Home, Temperanceville.
